Adv Zunaida Moosa Wadiwala, LLM (Witwatersrand), CML (U of SA & Pretoria), BLC, LLB (Pretoria) is an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary of the High Court of South Africa. She has submitted her LLM Degree by Dissertation in Transnational Climate Litigation at the University of Witwatersrand, School of Law where she works as an Assistant Lecturer. She previously practiced as a Property Lawyer in Johannesburg. Adv. Moosa Wadiwala also serves as a rapporteur for the Sabin Centre for Climate Change Law at Columbia University, covering South Africa, Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region. She is an Associate Fellow at the Centre for International Sustainable Development and Law and a member of the Climate Law and Governance Initiative.
