Ela is an educator with over 6 years of experience working with teachers, students, and families within and outside of the school context. Her interests include youth leadership, sustainability, international collaboration, and the exploration of non-traditional learning spaces and initiatives. She has served as coordinator in INGOs focusing on children’s rights and protection and also works as a consultant supporting schools in integrating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into the curriculum.
