Jasper Chin Moody
Jasper is from Australia and is passionate about taking practical actions to protect our environment for future generations. He has marched to support student strikes for climate action in Sydney and Seattle, and he is active in encouraging other children and their families to take care of our environment. At his school in Seattle, he was a class representative on the Student Council, a member of his school’s Green Team and actively involved in founding the Climate Change Action group. His family immigrated to Australia from countries as diverse as China, England, Wales, Scotland, Italy and Ireland. He is passionate about eating and cooking foods from different countries and exploring new places. He is a native English speaker and speaks French. Jasper loves technology and its potential to improve society. He also enjoys handball, cross country running, jiu jitsu and playing tennis and soccer. He lives with his parents and younger brother, who all share his passion for advocating for better policies and practical actions to protect our environment.
